Thomas B. Roller President and Chief Executive Officer
Tom Roller was appointed the President and CEO of Ukram in January 2009. Tom is an experienced CEO with a 30-year track record of growing manufacturing, distribution, and service companies in the United States and Europe. As an experienced CEO and entrepreneur, Tom founded and sold the largest commercial refrigeration service provider in North America to Ingersoll Rand in 2001. Tom led the operational turnaround of a $450 million trailer/truck manufacturer and also led an $850 million business unit at Carrier Corporation. While at Carrier, Tom was President of the $250 million Replacement Components Division, which provided replacement parts across the globe for Carrier’s air conditioning, commercial refrigeration, and transport refrigeration business. Tom holds an MBA from Duke University.

David Rogalski Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
David joined Ukram in January 2009 and has over twenty years of experience in finance and strategic management with a diverse background in large and midsize, national and multinational, public and private companies. David has led the finance function at several multi-million dollar mid-sized companies and brings invaluable experience in corporate finance and fundraising activities.

Roland Gavrylov Chief Technology Officer
The CTO and Co-Founder of Ukram, Mr. Roland Gavrylov, has over 27 years of experience in developing cryogenic systems for applications in the food industry, nuclear power stations, space programs, and transport applications. Roland has published over 150 papers and holds 30 patents in the field of cryogenic technology. He holds a PhD in Cryogenic Technology and a degree in Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, and Production from the Kharkov Polytechnic University.

Liam Olliff Director of Marketing and Sales
Liam joined Ukram Industries in June 2008 and oversees global marketing and sales for the firm. Liam has over 20 years of experience in marketing and selling transport refrigeration systems, throughout many European countries and as a consultant has provided sales & marketing advise at a senior level for a number of global manufacturers within the temperature controlled transport industry

Steven Back Non Executive Chairman
Steve is currently the Chief Commercial Officer for Drillgreat Limited; this is the ‘take private’ company that purchased Monsoon Plc in 2007. Steve's previous role was as CEO of Somerfield Plc, the fifth largest supermarket chain in the UK. He joined Somerfield in 2002 as Group Finance Director taking the role of CEO in 2004. Prior to Somerfield, Steve worked at Budgens plc from 1993 becoming Group Finance and Logistics Director in 2000. Prior to his position at Budgens, Steve had a number of finance roles in the retail industry including with clothes and home fashion company Laura Ashley and Chef & Brewer Group, the pub and restaurant retailing division of Grand Metropolitan. Steve brings invaluable experience and insight to Ukram and has helped the company immensely with reaching out to several customers in Europe and the US.

Kamen Zahariev Team Director, European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (EBRD).
Kamen Zahariev is Team Director at the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development since October 2008.
In the last 15 years Kamen has participated in over 50 significant transactions including project finance, M&A, private equity and workouts. He is familiar with both the business and legal aspects of international finance, having worked for 11 years in the London Headquarters of EBRD and over five years in Kiev managing EBRD's operations in Ukraine. Kamen serves on the supervisory boards of various industrial companies and investment funds in Eastern Europe. He is member of the British Institute of Directors and of several organizations of foreign investors with interest in Eastern Europe. |

Huw Williams Senior Banker, EBRD
As Senior Banker at the EBRD's Corporate Equity unit, advises bankers on equity and mezzanine deals. Prior to EBRD, Huw was an Investment Principal at Actis Capital LLP, South Africa, where he was responsible for the African portfolio of Actis Assets. At Actis, Huw led a team of 5 and was involved in deal origination, adding value post-investment, and in exiting mature deals. He is a Chartered Accountant and Member of the Institute of Directors and holds an MBA from Strathclyde. Earlier in his career Huw was a Chartered Accountant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Huw holds an MBA from Strathclyde Graduate Business School and B.A with Honors in Economics from the University of Durham, UK. |
