How ecoFridge Works. . .
At the heart of each ecoFridge system lies a stainless steel, low vacuum tank which contains liquid nitrogen. The liquid nitrogen travels through a series of pipes to spray heads mounted on the ceiling of the loading space.
The nitrogen is released as a vapour into the load space and provides instantaneous cooling. Temperature sensors connected to the central control system monitor the temperature in the load space and nitrogen is released in greater or lesser quantities according to the temperature movement required to reach set point.

Oxygen sensors connected to the on board control system, determine when the level of oxygen in the load space is sufficient for the operative to enter. Until this time various safety devices will prevent entry.
